These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the One Eden mobile application and related websites and services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What One Eden is
One Eden helps you discover and use offers, coupons and gift vouchers across venues operated by Eden Leisure Group and participating partners ("Venues"). You can browse deals and news, claim or redeem eligible offers in person by showing a QR code or voucher code, and purchase gift vouchers via Stripe for yourself or others.
We provide the App and the content platform. Products and services you receive at Venues are provided by those Venues, not by Eden Entertainment Limited.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- The App may be used by individuals aged 13 and over. Adult content and alcohol or casino related offers are shown only to users aged 18 or over.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date. For full access you may need to verify your email.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Use or the law, or where we suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Using the App
- You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use.
- You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the App, nor bypass security or rate limits.
- You must not resell, trade or transfer coupons or vouchers except through the in-app gifting flow where available.
- You must not misrepresent identity, age or eligibility to obtain restricted deals.
4. Deals, coupons and vouchers
4.1 Deals and coupons
- Deals and coupons are subject to availability, eligibility and specific terms shown in the App.
- A coupon is generally personal to your account and may be single use with an expiry date.
- We and the Venues may change, pause or withdraw deals at any time, for example where stock is limited or events change.
4.2 Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are issued and tracked through our voucher platform provider.
- You can buy a voucher for yourself or as a gift. For gifts, the recipient receives a claim link and a PDF voucher by email.
- A claim link is single use and time limited. Adding a voucher to a wallet does not invalidate the PDF unless stated in the voucher terms.
- Vouchers have an expiry date and may support partial redemptions until the balance reaches zero or the voucher expires.
- Vouchers are accepted only at participating Venues listed in the voucher terms.
4.3 Redemption in person
- To redeem you must present the in-app QR code or the voucher PDF. Venue staff will scan and deduct the applicable amount.
- Venues may request identification or decline redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected, where the voucher is invalid or expired, or where the Venue cannot lawfully supply the item or service.
4.4 Nature of vouchers
A voucher is a value instrument intended for offline redemption at participating venues. It is not in-app currency, cannot be used to unlock digital features, and is not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
5. Payments
- Payments for vouchers are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
- Prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise. Taxes are included where applicable.
- Your purchase is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a receipt and the voucher by email.
What you are paying for
All payments made in the App are for gift vouchers that are redeemable in person at participating physical venues. These purchases do not unlock digital content, in-app features or services consumed within the App. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Refunds, reversals and issues
- Unless the voucher terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, voucher purchases are not refundable once delivered.
- If a Venue cannot honour a valid voucher at the time of redemption, contact support@oneeden.mt with details. We will investigate with the Venue and our providers.
- Where a redemption was made in error by a Venue on the same day, the Venue or our support may perform a reversal that restores the voucher balance, subject to system eligibility and audit.
Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
7. Communications
- We send service messages that are necessary to run the App and deliver vouchers, for example receipts, gift delivery emails and security notices.
- Marketing messages by push, email or SMS are sent only if you opted in. You can opt out in settings or via unsubscribe links.
- Push notifications depend on your device settings.
8. Third party services
The App integrates with third party services such as Stripe for payments, Voucherify for voucher lifecycle, CleverTap for analytics and marketing automation, and Google Firebase for push notifications and deep links. Your use of those services through the App remains subject to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Links to external booking sites or venue pages are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Intellectual property and licence
- We and our licensors own all rights in the App and its content, excluding Venue trademarks and content owned by third parties.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App on your device in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
10. User content and feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use them for product improvement without obligation to you.
11. App stores
You must comply with the terms and policies of the platform from which you download the App, for example Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, support or maintenance.
12. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the App under My Profile. Deletion in-app is immediate and irreversible. If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by emailing support@oneeden.mt from your registered address. We may place the account into a pending deletion state for up to 30 days to prevent mistakes and allow fraud or security review. See our Privacy Policy for details about data handling and retention.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms of Use or if we reasonably believe your account is at risk. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and in-app coupons may no longer be available.
13. Changes to the App and to these Terms of Use
We may update the App and these Terms of Use to improve features, address security or reflect legal changes. We will post updated terms in the App or on our website and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Liability
- We provide the App using reasonable skill and care. The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Use or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
- We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- For paid features we are not liable for business losses. For consumers, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence as permitted by consumer law.
